Our Monterey Jack Cheese is made in accordance with 21 CFR133.153. This is a semi-soft cheese with a smooth open texture. The addition of Habanero Peppers and Ghost Chiles adds a strong, hot chile flavor to the delicate, buttery, slightly tart taste of our Monterey Jack. Exercise caution when consuming.
