Storage: Little Northern Bakehouse buns have a shelf life of 9 days at room temperature. To extend shelf life, keep products in the freezer and follow these thawing instructions: 1. Remove product from box so moisture can dissipate. 2. Allow 8-10 hours for product to thaw (overnight is perfect) or toast from frozen. 3. Use thawed products within 9 days.
