The thick and tender bacon is carefully crafted using a signature- no added water- process. They rub the pork bellies with freshly ground spices, let the tasty dry rub soak for 12 days, and slow smoke the meaty slices for 8 hours with real cherry wood.
All their pork is 100% Heritage breed pigs that are raised responsibly without antibiotics, vegetarian fed & crate free!
