Both models are equipped with 50/50 dependent doors with double pane thermal tempered glass, providing excellent insulation and visibility. With a temperature range of 150 F to 500 F and a powerful 46,000 BTU per oven capacity, the Convection Oven, Gas ensures precise and consistent cooking results. The two-speed fan with an adjustable cool-down mode and the five nickel-plated oven racks on a 13-position rack guide offer flexibility and control over your cooking processes. Safety and efficiency are paramount, with features like the door interlock switch that automatically turns off the fan and burner when the doors are opened, and the electronic spark ignition with an automatic pilot system and safety shut-off.
