The stainless steel top comes with an opening for eight 1/6 size pans, allowing you to easily access and organize your ingredients. With a 10" cutting board, you can conveniently prepare sandwiches and salads right on the unit. The stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior ensure durability and easy cleaning, while the rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system keeps your food fresh and cool. The SPE27HC-SNZ is also environmentally friendly, using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. Made in the USA and certified by cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation, this refrigerated counter is a reliable and efficient addition to any commercial kitchen.
