GENERAL OVERVIEW
By accessing and placing an order through WebFoodStore.com, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, efficiency, and product safety for all customers.
RETURNS & FOOD SAFETY POLICY
Due to strict food safety regulations, all food sales are final.
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any food products, including unopened items
- Refusal of delivery does not constitute a return
- Customers remain responsible for the full cost of refused or undeliverable shipments
If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team and we will review and assist where appropriate.
FROZEN & REFRIGERATED SHIPPING POLICY
To maintain product quality and safety:
- Frozen and refrigerated items ship Monday through Wednesday only
- Orders ship via FedEx 2-Day service (not Standard Ground)
- Upon shipment, delivery typically occurs within 1 – 2 business days
Products are packed with dry ice and insulation to maintain a proper safe temperature during transit.
👉 IMPORTANT:
- Dry ice naturally dissipates during shipping
- Items may shift during transit
- Slight thawing or softness does not indicate spoilage and does not qualify for a refund, This is normal with dry ice shipping.
Customers must immediately refrigerate or freeze products upon delivery.
ORDER PROCESSING & CANCELLATIONS
- Orders are processed quickly after being placed
- A 3 – 5 hour cancellation window is provided
After this window:
👉 Orders are automatically transmitted to our warehouse
👉 Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or intercepted
This applies even if the order has not yet shipped.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & MANUFACTURER CHANGES
We work directly with manufacturers and distributors.
Due to supply chain updates:
- Products may be updated, discontinued, or rebranded
- Packaging, labeling, and product names may change without notice
👉 The product you receive may differ in appearance but will be the same or equivalent product currently supplied by the manufacturer
PRODUCT IMAGES & DESCRIPTIONS
- Images are for reference only
- Packaging and labeling may vary
- Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before purchasing
We strive for accuracy, but manufacturer updates may not always be immediately reflected on the website.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & SUBSTITUTIONS
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
In certain situations:
👉 Equivalent products may be fulfilled without prior notice when manufacturers update or replace items
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC
- Alaska and Hawaii ship via FedEx 2-Day only
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other external factors.
DELIVERY LIABILITY
👉 Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, WebFoodStore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
We recommend shipping to a secure location whenever possible.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking details will be sent via email once available.
Please note:
- Tracking updates may be delayed
- Some shipments may already be in transit before tracking becomes active
DELAY, DAMAGE & CLAIMS POLICY
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or external factors.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the product and packaging
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
PAYMENT TERMS
We accept:
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
- ACH, Shop, PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo, wire transfers, and checks
Orders paid via check or ACH will be processed only after funds clear.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY DISCLAIMER
Prices, availability, and shipping costs are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders due to errors or supplier changes.
HUMAN ERROR DISCLAIMER
While we strive for accuracy:
- Errors in product listings, pricing, or descriptions may occur
- We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
WebFoodStore is not liable for:
- Carrier delays or delivery issues
- Manufacturer product or packaging changes
- Orders placed incorrectly by customers
CHARGEBACK POLICY
We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and professionally.
We kindly ask that customers contact us directly before initiating a chargeback, as most concerns can be resolved much faster through our customer service team.
👉 IMPORTANT:
- Once a chargeback is initiated through your bank, we are no longer able to issue a direct refund
- The chargeback process is handled by financial institutions and may take several weeks or months to be resolved
- During this time, the transaction remains under review and cannot be adjusted by our team
For this reason, we strongly encourage customers to reach out first so we can provide a faster and more efficient resolution.
👉 Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in account restrictions or refusal of future service
SALES TAX
Sales tax is applied based on applicable state laws.
Customers are responsible for any required reporting in their jurisdiction.
