Description
This bread features a larger facing and is sprinkled with flour and cornmeal prior to baking. There are 18 usable slices per loaf, each slice is 4.75 inches wide, 5.125 high and 0.625 inches thick. The bread is frozen immediately after baking to lock in the "just baked" flavor. The foodservice operator thaws product overnight.
