BNJPF Zucchini Nut Loaf is a creamy loaf batter that is loaded with fresh zucchini and walnuts then deposited into a paper lined aluminum pan. The no-pan-required and freezer-to-oven features allow the customer to enjoy fresh baked loaves shortly after removing from freezer.
Premium batter portioned into paper lined aluminum pans and flash frozen for excellent taste and performance. The paper lined aluminum pans are nestled in plastic carrier trays that will be discarded before baking. These loaves can be baked without pans, and placed directly onto sheet pans with or without topping.
