Barilla Gemelli pasta is made from superior durum wheat; known to cook perfectly; holds shape and texture for more consistency and less waste; resists sticking, clumping and breaking. Twists and spirals allow this ingeniously designed pasta to embrace both refined and simple sauces. Veggies, meat, seafood and fragrant spices all love to glide in the grooves of these shapes.
